In this article, It clearly shows the political party of the writer. For the obvious, there is a very unflattering picture of Biden right off the get go. If you read over the article, you see comments like "But Biden, a twice-failed presidential candidate, will not use the post in a way many vice presidents have: to make a play for the Oval Office.
