I agree with you Brad. The article is very neutral. There are Republicans and Democrats trying to work out this situation. As far as the article is concerned, i do not agree with it. Giving terrorists against this country the same rights that someone has for committing a crime in this country is not fair. That is something that will have to be worked out in the legal system.
